『Ripple Waves』は、コーネリアスが昨年発売したオリジナル・アルバム『Mellow Waves』以降の音源を中心としたアルバムで、細野晴臣、坂本龍一、Hiatus Kaiyote、Reginald Omas Mamode IV、Beach Fossils、Lawerence（Felt）による『Mellow Waves』の再解釈トラック（＝REWORK）。 現在開催中の＜AUDIO ARCHITECTURE：音のアーキテクチャ展＞（のために書き下ろした“Audio Architecture”、話題を呼んだSpotify Singlesのセッション“あなたがいるなら”、“Passionfruit”（ドレイク楽曲カバー）や、“夢の中で”のTINY DESKセッションのほか、未発表曲や、新曲を加えた充実の内容になる。
